Principal Consultant - James Scheffel

 

Jim is founder and principal consultant of Pinnacle Service Consulting, LLC.  He has years of experience in the service and support sector of the healthcare industry.  He has particular expertise in functional effectiveness within technical service organizations of major laboratory instrumentation manufacturers and technology service providers.

 

Jim received his Bachelors degree in business management from LeTourneau University, Longview, Texas and his Masters degree in business administration from TWU, Denton, Texas.  Jim is a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda and Alpha Beta Delta national honor societies.  He also holds memberships on the American Associations of Blood Banks (AABB), the American Association of Clinical Chemists (AACC), the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI), the Clinical Laboratory Managers Association (CLMA), the Society for the Advancement of Management/(SAM), and recently served as CLES subcommittee chair on the U.S. BMET Board of Examiners.
